Of course, they’re quite different. But, that difference could go beyond mere taste. Today, you’ll learn about those differences.

Fruit smoothies tend to be people’s favorite. It also makes sense. They’re sweet and you have many options. But, sugar can be a problem with them. Keep in mind that fruits are high in fructose.

If you have to choose, green smoothies might be better. It’s best to get fewer calories than overdoing it.
